Arlene Connelly has over 20 years of experience motivating, coaching, and inspiring youth, adults and groups to assume their power, position and promise. Ms. Connelly is the Founder and CEO of ISEE Corporation.  A company dedicated to igniting in youth and adults the spirit to excel in excellence.   Driven, focused, and steadfast in the midst of adversity and challenge, Ms. Connelly has transformed Pain into Triumph and Adversity into Opportunity.  During the course of her career, she has touched the lives of thousands of people – adolescents to adults.   Ms. Connelly is a woman of compassion and strength who is not afraid to “tell it like it is”.  By embracing and involving her audience at their life level, her focus is to impact the lives of others by word, example, and practice – with a most impressive track record to prove it.  Ms. Connelly’s enthusiastic demeanor coupled with her winning smile wins over all that are fortunate enough to be in her presence.

Arlene is a Consultant, Counselor, Career Coach, Life Skills Trainer, and Writer.  She is an organizational development professional with a unique blend of Human Resource Management and Strategic Leadership experience.  She has delivered management-training programs for diverse audiences including staff, corporate executives, and community officials.  She is a leader with a natural ability to facilitate and enhance team rapport at all levels.
 
Arlene is a community activist, she motivates individuals to action.  For over a decade, she has developed and organized programs for cultural and educational enrichment for the community.   She empowers parents, advocate for youth, and fundraise for numerous causes.  She is active in numerous community-building efforts.
Arlene is an inspirational teacher who is committed to developing in people the greatness that is within them.
